No further issues with Procore platform URLs have been reported. This issue has been resolved.
Our investigation confirmed that the phishing warnings and/or blocked links some users experienced were caused by a third-party email filtering system misclassifying legitimate Procore emails. For the emails forwarded to Procore's security team, we confirmed they were not malicious in nature.

This is a third-party issue not related to the Procore platform. The phishing warnings were caused by a commonly used email filtering system misclassifying legitimate Procore emails. Our investigation confirmed that the emails reviewed were not malicious in nature. We are actively working with the provider to resolve this misclassification and restore normal email deliverability.

We are aware of an issue where some customers are receiving phishing warnings related to Procore email links. Our investigation of the reported emails indicates that the phishing warnings were caused by a commonly used email filtering system misclassifying the emails. The emails reviewed were not malicious in nature.
