Resolved - During the incident, users may have experienced errors when logging in to the web and mobile applications, as well as intermittent errors while using tools across the platform. We have resolved the issue and restored normal functionality to the systems.

Teams will continue to monitor overnight to ensure a complete resolution. Some Beta customers may still experience issues in Web Extracts during this period.
