The Procore web app was unavailable from approximately 8:37am to 8:53am Pacific due to a hardware failure on one of our hosted servers. Our engineering team is working with our hosting provider to 1) improve alerting around this type of server failure and 2) to improve the way in which fail-over occurs so that if a similar issue occurs on one of these servers in the future, the app will remain available.
