Monitoring
Our engineering team has implemented their solution and is monitoring the results to ensure a complete resolution. This solution may take up to twelve hours to automatically take effect.

If you have been affected by this issue and need to restore the functionality immediately, please take the following steps to restore the ability to clock in:
• If you have permissions to access the Timesheets tool, open it, begin to create a new timesheet, open the Employees sub tab, and pull down to refresh. After this refresh the ability to clock in will be restored.
• For those of you without access to the Timesheets tool, please open the system app settings (not those in the app itself) and Clear Cache. There is no need to clear the Data/Storage, only the cache.
